We are back in Marin County, from the Florida fandango! I gave talks on the chemistry of tea, and in doing so, it made me want to drink a lot more tea.
I met the incredible Kim Pham of the Kaleisia tea lounge, who is a little dynamo of good energy, supporting talks for scientists and herbalists, bringing the community together, and creating many philanthropic projects.
